A Realistic Timeline After Document Verification

One of the biggest sources of anxiety for candidates is not knowing how long the process usually takes after document verification. While every recruitment is different, government hiring rarely moves immediately from verification to joining.

In some cases, the process moves faster. In others, especially where large vacancy numbers or category rosters are involved, it can take longer.

A key point many first-time candidates misunderstand is this: silence after document verification does not automatically mean rejection. Much of the delay happens inside administrative offices, not on public notices.

Unless an official rejection notice is issued, waiting without updates is usually part of the normal recruitment cycle.
