LIC has released the AAO Specialist, Generalist & AE Prelims Result 2025 on its official website. Candidates who appeared for the exam can now check their results. The preliminary exam was held on 3 October 2025, and the result is available from 29 October 2025. A total of 841 posts are available for these roles, and candidates who qualify will proceed to the next stage.

Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria:
- Age: 21-30 years as of 1 August 2025
- Educational qualifications vary by post:
- Chartered Accountant: Bachelor’s degree and CA certification
- Company Secretary: Bachelor’s degree and ICSI membership
- Actuarial: Bachelor’s degree with at least 6 papers from the Institute of Actuaries
- Insurance Specialist: Bachelor’s degree with specific experience
- Legal: Bachelor’s in Law with enrollment as an Advocate

How to Apply
Applications were accepted online from 16 August to 8 September 2025. Candidates must ensure they meet all eligibility criteria before applying. The application fee was ₹700 for General/OBC/EWS and ₹85 for SC/ST/PwBD.

The Prelims Admit Card was released on 25 September 2025. Candidates could download it from LIC’s official website using their Roll Number/Application Number and Date of Birth.
Result Details
The result for the Prelims exam is now available. Candidates can download their scorecards using their Roll Number/Application Number and Date of Birth from LIC’s official website.
Answer Key Details
The official answer key for the Prelims exam was released shortly after the exam. Candidates used it to calculate their scores before the result.
