Application Fees
General or other State candidates: Rs. 560
OBC / SC / ST candidates: Rs. 310
Administrative charge: Rs. 60 (included in the total)
Age Limit and Eligibility
Minimum age: 18 years
Maximum age: 40 years
Additional relaxations are applicable as per MPESB recruitment rules.
Vacancy Details (Total 464 Posts)
Physiotherapist – 41 posts. Required qualifications: Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) and registration with the MP CO Medical Science.
Counselor – 10 posts. Required qualifications: Master’s in Social Work (MSW) or PG Diploma in Counseling and Facility Therapy (PGDCFT).
Pharmacist Grade II – 313 posts. Required qualifications: 10+2 with PCB or equivalent, degree or diploma in pharmacy, and registration with the MP Pharmacy Council.
Ophthalmic Assistant – 100 posts. Required qualifications: 10+2 with PCB, diploma in Ophthalmic Assistant, and appropriate registration.

Eligible candidates must read the notification before applying. Ensure all necessary documents such as eligibility proof, ID, address details, and basic information are ready. Scan all documents (photo, signature, ID proof, etc.). Review the application preview carefully before submission. Pay the application fee as mentioned; without payment, the form will not be processed. Print a copy of the final submitted form for your records.
