The Bihar Police Subordinate Services Commission (BPSSC) has released the latest notification for the Range Officer of Forest 2025 opening. With a total of 24 posts, the recruitment aims to fill vacancies across the state. Candidates can apply online from 1 May to 1 June 2025.

Eligibility & Age Limit
Applicants must be at least 20 years old. The maximum age is 37 for males and 40 for females. Age relaxation is applicable only as per the notification. Candidates with a bachelor’s degree in the specified subjects are eligible.
Educational Qualification
Graduation in Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Science, Botany, Chemistry, Geology, Mathematics, Physics, Biotechnology, Zoology, Agriculture, Forestry, or an Engineering discipline is required. Check the official advertisement for detailed eligibility criteria.

Application Fees & Payment Method
Fees: General/OBC/EWS – ₹700, SC/ST – ₹400, Female (Bihar domicile) – ₹400. Payment can be made online through Net Banking, Debit Card, or Credit Card.

Admit Card & Exam Details
The admit card will be available on 8 August 2025. Grab it from Online Portal. The exam will be held on 24 August 2025. The second round PET/DV will take place on 18 December 2025.
Result & Interview
Results will be released on 23 September 2025 through the BPSSC portal Result Link. Interview letters for shortlisted candidates will be announced between 19 and 21 November 2025.
