Overview
Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) has released the interview letter for the 2024 State and Subordinate Services Combined Competitive Examination. A total of 733 vacancies are available across the state and sub‑services. Candidates who cleared the written test can now register for interviews. This update comes a day after the official announcement on November 24, 2025.
Important Dates
Applications opened on 19 September 2024 and will close on 18 October 2024. Marks for the mains exam were posted on 6 November 2025, allowing aspirants to see their scores. The interview letter became available on 24 November 2025, giving candidates a timeline for the next step. Candidates should submit their interview registration by 30 November 2025.
Eligibility
Applicants must have a graduation degree from a recognized university in any discipline. Knowledge of Rajasthani culture is required for the RAS posts. Age is calculated as of 1 January 2025, with a minimum of 21 years and a maximum of 40 years. Those from OBC, BC, SC, ST may get a fee reduction; check the notification for any relaxations.
Vacancy Details
The RPSC State Service exam offers 346 posts, while the Subordinate Service carries 387 posts. Combined, this makes 733 positions. Each post has its own post‑wise salary as per the latest pay matrix. Positions are located across Rajasthan, with different districts hosting specific roles.
How to Apply Online
Visit the official RPSC website at RPSC Portal. Click on the “Apply Online” button and fill the form with accurate personal details, including name, parents’ names and date of birth. Attach scanned copies of graduation, age proof and photo in PDF or JPEG format; keep the file sizes below the specified limit. After reviewing all entries, submit the form and download the acknowledgement in PDF for future reference.
Interview Letter Details
The interview letter contains the schedule, venue and registration number for each candidate. Candidates must print or save this letter on a USB drive because it may be required during the interview process. The letter is accessible through the same portal in the “Interview” section once logged in. It confirms a candidate’s eligibility to appear for the personal examination.
Application Fees
The standard fee is Rs. 600 for general candidates and Rs. 400 for OBC, BC, SC, ST categories. A correction fee of Rs. 500 applies if any changes are made after submission. Payments can be made online via net banking, debit card, or credit card; ensure the transaction shows in the application dashboard.
Age Limit Clarification
Age is calculated based on 1 January 2025. Candidates aged 40 years or above on that date are not eligible, unless specified relaxations apply. For precise age calculation, use the online age verification tool on the RPSC site. Read any relaxed age norms in the official notification.
How to Check Marks
The mains exam marks were released on 6 November 2025. Applicants can view their scores by logging into the “Result” section of the portal, entering their application number and date of birth.
