UPPSC Assistant Teacher Recruitment 2025 – Apply Online

Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) has launched the 2025 assistant teacher recruitment, offering 7,466 vacancies across various categories. The exam is spread over two phases, with the first phase slated for 6 July and 21 December 2025, and the second phase in late January 2026. Candidates can apply online from 28 July to 28 August, and the application fee varies by category.

Important Dates

Application window: 28 July 2025 – 28 August 2025. Last date to pay exam fee: 28 August 2025. Final correction/edit dates: 4 September 2025. Admit cards will be available from 26 November 2025. The second phase of the exam will take place between 17 – 25 January 2026.

Eligibility

Candidates must be at least 21 years old and not older than 40 years as of 1 July 2025. The minimum educational requirement is a Bachelor’s degree in a related subject from a recognised university plus a B.Ed. qualification. Age relaxations apply for SC/ST/OBC/PH sections as detailed in the official notification.

Vacancy Details

Out of the 7,466 posts, 4,860 are reserved for males, 2,525 for females, and 81 for persons with physical disabilities. The recruitment covers a wide range of subjects; all eligible candidates will be tested on science, languages, and general awareness according to the specified syllabus.

Exam Pattern & Syllabus

The exam consists of multiple-choice papers covering Mathematics, Science, English, Social Sciences, and General Knowledge. How to Apply

Visit the UPPSC Online Application Portal and register using your details. Upload scanned copies of your photo, signature, identity proof, and degree certificate. Review all fields carefully before submitting the form. Printing a copy of the submitted form is advisable for your record.

Application Fee

The fee for General, OBC, and EWS categories is ₹125, while SC/ST candidates pay ₹65 and PH candidates pay ₹25. Payment can be made online through the UPPSC’s secured portal or through offline mode as instructed in the notification.

Admit Card

Admit cards will be available from 26 November 2025 and can be downloaded from the UPPSC Admit Card Link. Print a clear copy of the admit card and bring it to the examination hall.

Answer Key

After the exam, the answer keys will be released on the official website. Candidates can view the answer key PDF for each phase via the UPPSC Answer Key Page.
