Educational Qualification

PhD in Engineering/Technology with specialization in Computer Science or related field.

Experience Requirements

  • 5+ years managing national-level digital infrastructure
  • Record of implementing IEEE/IETF standards

Age Limit

Maximum 60 years as of January 1, 2026.
