Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications
All positions require relevant bachelor’s degrees:
- Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Naval Architecture)
- Finance (CA/CMA)
- Human Resources (Graduate + MBA/Post Graduate Diploma)
- Minimum 60% aggregate marks or equivalent CGPA
Experience Requirements
- Assistant Manager: Minimum 4 years post-qualification experience
- Junior Manager: Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience
