Application Fee Structure
The application fee for the BPSC DSO 2026 recruitment is as follows:
- General / OBC / EWS: ₹100/-
- SC / ST / PH (Persons with Disability): ₹100/-
- Payment Mode: Online (Debit Card, Credit Card, Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Card, Mobile Wallet)
Note: The fee is the same for all categories, and payment must be completed by 26 September 2025.
Age Limit & Relaxation
The age limit is calculated as of 01 August 2025.
- Minimum Age: 18 Years
- Maximum Age: 40 Years
- Age Relaxation: Applicable as per Bihar Government rules for reserved categories (OBC, SC, ST, etc.).

A total of 33 posts are available for the position of District Sports Officer.
Educational Qualification
- Graduation degree from a recognized university is mandatory.
- Diploma or Post Graduate Diploma in Sports Coaching from SAI, LNIPE Gwalior, Central Sports University, or any UGC/Bihar Government–recognized sports university.
Sports Eligibility Criteria
Candidate must meet at least one of the following sports participation criteria:
- Represented India at the international level (Olympics, Commonwealth Games, Asian Games).
- Represented the state at national-level sports competitions.
- Multiple participations in recognized university-level championships.
- Participation in youth-level, inter-services, police, or railway sports tournaments recognized by competent authorities.
How to Download Your Admit Card

- Look for the link titled “BPSC DSO Admit Card 2026” or “Admit Card for District Sports Officer Exam 2026” on the homepage or in the latest news section.

- Enter your Registration Number / Enrollment Number and Date of Birth in the required fields.
- Enter the captcha code as displayed.
- Click on the “Submit” or “Login” button.
