Unique Insight: Candidates with interdisciplinary qualifications (e.g., environmental engineering combined with civil basics) have an advantage for the Assistant Environmental Engineer post, as the exam frequently tests both technical and general studies components.

Common Mistakes Candidates Make

1. Ignoring the age‑relaxation rules: Many applicants miscalculate the upper age limit, especially when relaxation is applicable for certain categories. Use an official age‑calculator tool to validate your eligibility before paying the fee.

2. Missing the admit‑card download window: The admit card was available from 23 July 2025. Candidates who did not retrieve it before the portal closed lost access to the examination centre details.

What happens after the result? Once the merit list is published, shortlisted candidates are invited for document verification and subsequent interview/physical tests (where applicable). Final appointment orders are issued after all verification stages are completed.
