The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) has launched the online application portal for the 2026‑28 Diploma in Elementary Education (DELED). Age Limit and Eligibility
Applicants must be at least 17 years old on the day of the entrance test. The minimum age requirement is 17 years; candidates younger than this will not be eligible to apply. All applicants must also hold a 10+2 or equivalent qualification with a minimum of 50 % marks.
