Admit Card & Exam Information
Admit cards will be made available a few days before the exam. Candidates can download them from the official RRB portal by entering their registration number, login ID and additional credentials.
Who Should Apply and Who Should Not
- Apply if: You hold the required diploma/B.Sc., meet the age criteria (18‑33 years as of 01 Jan 2026), and belong to a category for which you satisfy the reservation policy.
- Do not apply if: Your qualification does not match the post‑specific requirements, you exceed the upper age limit, or you have not paid the application fee by the extended deadline.

- Submitting incomplete or incorrect personal details.
- Missing the fee payment deadline and submitting after the cut‑off.

What Happens After This Stage
- Shortlisted candidates will be called for document verification and subsequently for the typing test (where applicable).
- After verification, a medical examination will be conducted to ensure fitness for the role.
- Final merit lists are published on the RRB website; selected candidates receive appointment letters.
- Candidates should regularly monitor the official portal for any further communication.

- Click on “Check Application Status” and enter your Registration Number.
- Provide your Login ID and Password (or DOB).
- Complete the captcha verification.
- Submit the details and view the status displayed on the screen.
- Download or print the status document for your records.
