  • Age: 30–45 years.
  • Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree + 120 WPM shorthand speed + 40 WPM typing speed.
  • Experience: 5 years.

2. Senior Personal Assistant (SPA)

  • Age: 18–30 years.
  • Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree + 110 WPM shorthand speed + 40 WPM typing speed.

3. Personal Assistant (PA)

  • Age: 18–30 years.
  • Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree + 100 WPM shorthand speed + 40 WPM typing speed.
