Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications

All positions require relevant bachelor’s degrees:

  • Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Naval Architecture)
  • Finance (CA/CMA)
  • Human Resources (Graduate + MBA/Post Graduate Diploma)
  • Minimum 60% aggregate marks or equivalent CGPA

Experience Requirements

  • Assistant Manager: Minimum 4 years post-qualification experience
  • Junior Manager: Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience
