How to Fill: UP Police One Time Registration OTR Online Form 2025
– Each applicant must register with a unique Email ID and a unique Mobile Number, unchangeable during the examination process.
– Applicants can complete their registration using Aadhaar, DigiLocker, Driving License, PAN, or Passport.
– Valid details in the Matriculation/High School certificate will be considered for OTR purpose.
– Name, Gender, and Date of Birth must match with the Matriculation/High School certificate.
– If details cannot be fetched from DigiLocker, applicants can manually enter their information.
