CLAT 2026 Result & Application Updates
Congratulations to all hopeful candidates! The Consortium of National Law Universities (CNLU) has officially released the CLAT 2026 notification, and the application window is open from 1 August 2025 to 31 October 2025. The exam is scheduled for 7 December 2025, with admit cards available on 22 November 2025. Candidates can expect the result to be announced shortly after the answer key release on 10 December 2025. Make sure you keep the official CNLU website handy for all updates and downloads.

Eligibility & Age Limit
CLAT 2026 has no upper age limit. For under‑graduates, candidates must have completed a 5‑year B.A./LL.B. (Hons.) course with at least 45 % marks (40 % for SC/ST/BPL). Both graduates and post‑graduates can apply. For details, read the full brochure released by CNLU.
Application Fee & Payment
General and OBC applicants must pay ₹4 000, while SC/ST/BPL applicants pay ₹3 500. The fee can be paid online using debit card, credit card, net banking, mobile banking, e‑wallet, cash card, IMPS, or e‑challan. Pay before the 31 October deadline to complete your application.
How to Apply Online
Visit the CNLU CLAT 2026 portal and fill the online form from 1 August to 31 October. Before submitting, double‑check your personal and academic details, upload scanned copies of ID proof, address proof, photo and signature, and review the preview screen. Remember to pay the application fee; without it your form won’t be accepted. Print the final submitted form for your records.
