💡 Eligibility Criteria

  • Age Limit: 17.5–21 Years (Born between 3 July 2004 – 3 January 2008)
  • Educational Qualification:
    • Science Stream: 10+2 with Physics, Maths, English (50% marks) OR Diploma in Engineering (50% + English).
    • Non-Science: 10+2 (50% aggregate + 50% in English).
  • Medical Standards: Height ≥ 152.5 cm, Chest Expansion ≥ 5 cm.

💰 Salary & Benefits

  • Monthly In-Hand Salary:
    • Year 1: ₹21,000 | Year 2: ₹23,100 | Year 3: ₹25,580 | Year 4: ₹28,000
  • Exit Package: ₹11.71 Lakh + Skill Certificate after 4 years.
  • Life Insurance: ₹48 Lakh coverage during service.
  • 25% Retention: Top performers join the regular Air Force cadre.
