Overview
On 10 December 2025 the Union Public Service Commission will start taking online applications for the Combined Defence Services (CDS) Examination (I) 2026. The exam will be held on 12 April 2026 and will recruit officers into the Indian Military Academy, Indian Naval Academy, Air Force Academy and Officers’ Training Academy.
This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates who want to serve their nation with discipline and leadership. The application fee is ₹200 for General, OBC and EWS categories, while SC/ST and female candidates are exempt.
